  1. Read the stickies
    If you have a question there is a good chance that it has already has been asked and answered multiple times. The stickies more than likely answer ANY question that you could ask.

  2. Do not make a new topic just to ask a question.
    If you have a question that is not answered in the stickies the best way to handle it is to post in the topic of the mod itself.

  3. Use the search button.
    The search button is a members best friend. Most every question that could be asked has been asked somewhere on the forums already.

  4. Do not post "This mod doesn't work for me."
    If a Mod does not work for but seems to work fine for everyone else it is very likely that this is your fault. Try re pasting the code, recopying the code, and everything else you can think of before making a post like this.

  5. Do not bump old topics.
    If the last post in a topic is more than a month old please do not bump this topic. The only time a topic should be bumped like this is when the original creator has made an update to the mod and does not want to start a brand new topic for this.

  6. Do not flame.
    Flaming is bad and will only make you look like an idiot. If someone makes an insulting post to you, you should remain calm and politely tell them that if they do not like your mod they should just not post on it. If someone asks a stupid question, politely refer them to the stickies and inform them of their mistake.

  7. Do not Spam.
    Spamming of any kind will not be tolerated, including the recruitment of members to and advertisement of other forums.

  8. Use correct spelling.
    A spelling mistake every now and then is understandable. If you do not know how to spell a word just try your best, but if you find yourself making errors on every post you could try using a spell checker to help you out.

  9. Do not use "1337" Speak.
    This is one of the most annoying things ever. If you can't use real words you should leave. NOW!

  10. Do not ask for a mod.
    If you have an idea for a mod try to make it yourself. If you are having trouble almost all the other members will be happy to help you.

  11. Give credit.
    If you use someone else's mod, or if someone helps you, give them credit for their help.

  12. Get permission.
    If you plan on using someone else's mod for any reason, ask them first! If you get an idea from their mod, but do not use the person's code, giving credit for the idea would be greatly appreciated.

  13. Do not abuse smileys.
    Overuse of smileys is a common mistake made by many new members. Smileys can be good every now and then to convey emotion in your posts, but abuse will just make it seem that you are immature. Smileys are a privilege, not a right. :D

  14. Use correct grammar and punctuation.
    Try to use correct grammar and punctuation as best you can. It is understandable if English is not your native language and you make a mistake now and then. Nobody is perfect, but you should at least try and don't forget to use your shift key.

  15. Keep your posts on topic.
    Off topic post and posts containing off topic idle chit-chat will be considered as spam and will be deleted. Continuing to make such post will result in a posts per-day limit. Remember, this is a forum, not a chat room.

  16. No multiple accounts.
    Do not create more than one account. If you desire a name change, contact the Administrator and request it.

  17. Media Theft and Piracy
    There will be no promotion of piracy, illegal hacking of software, or media theft of any sort; links leading to such content will not be allowed, nor will requests for any sort of crack or illegally obtained software. No exceptions.
