Races

The Life forms of the galaxy are very diverse. From arthropods to homonids, you will experience different a few different species our little corner of the universe has to offer...

Humans

The dominant life on the planet Earth, they are descended from primates and can only breath a mixture of Nitrogen and Oxygen. Humans are by far the youngest and most numerous of the sentient races, but also the quickest advancing. Despite new advances in warfare, they are still bound to the ballistics weapons they've been utilizing for hundreds of years.

Acrid

The only large life forms on Mars, the Acrid have existed secretly beneath the surface of Mars. They were discovered by human probes sent to Mars during the 2013 funding surge for NASA. They struck a quick alliance with the humans, which was later torn apart by the Ruukan. They have experimented and been successful with energy weapons that involve the use of plasma and ions.

Ruukan

An Arthropod race from the opposite side of the galaxy, they operate more stealthily than the other races. They prefer guerilla tactics over head on combat. The form outposts in asteroid fields and on moons, and have excelled in the studies of bio-engineering and bio-chemicals.

Jovians

Their origin is unknown, but it is theorized that that first evolved on a planet orbiting the star Betelguese. Their arms are long like a primates, and therefore they walk on all fours most of the time. They can also scale structures with ease, making them very versatile. They create excessive amounts of WMDs and they are very hostile.

Shadowlings

A relatively peaceful race, a matriarchal society. They are explorers looking for new worlds to call home. They sent craft to our galaxy, and found the never ending conflict. Frightened by this, they amassed an army and gathered their weapons in order to end the fighting. They are skilled with terraforming, and can corrupt other worlds.

Non-Sentients

These species are not as advance or are more advanced then their sentient bretheren. They are unique in their abilites, which can greatly differ from the sentients. They appear arbitrarily and cannot be controlled to the degree of the sentients.

Mechanicals

A race of non-sentient uniform machines. They consume planets for their resources, and they are virtually unstoppable by organic race. They appear suddenly and will consume whatever worlds that aren't well protected. They will spread if allowed to capture a planet, and once they start, they cannot be stopped.

Campaigns

These are campaigns... Let them run and aid an army when needed. (If you want.)

Fall of the Jovians

The fall of the Jovians...

The millenia's war has waged on for eons. The enigmatic race called the Jovians have assaulted Acrid and Human colonies amongst the Orion arm of the galaxy. The Acrid and The Humans struggled to fend them off, but their attempts proved worthless. However, from the Pegasus arm arrived the Ruukan. The allied with The two, and quickly gained their trust. But, they told the two factions lies about eachother, turning them against themselves. The Acrid and Man fought eachother, while Ruukan cleaned up the mess, scavenging weapons and resources. The Jovians watched intently, eager to learn more about the Ruukan. The Ruukan used their new aquired technologies, blended with their old, and made the most powerful weapon in galactic history. The Jovians were dead set on finding it, yet the humans and Acrid hinder their efforts...

Resistance

The Jovians have invaded the Human colony Horizon, from their planet Terazhikt. You must drive back the invading force, and counter attack. Also, a Ruukan Colony has be spotted on the moon, Aphrodite. Eliminate it at once to avoid further incident.

Objectives: Eliminate the Jovian presence on Terazhikt

Bonus Objectives: Eliminate Ruukan on Aphrodite

Industry

Mission 2 Industry :The Humans have stumbled upon a Ruukan Mining operation that is being attacked by Acrid, Eliminate the two and claim these resources as our own!

Objectives: Capture the Asteroid Belt

Supervision

Good work! You've captured the asteroid field! But more problems loom over us. The Jovian Planet named Zhiktar, has been spotted on the inner ring of the belt. Luckly for us, however, The Acrid have made a massive assault with several hundred Azcor, and even a planetary Destroyer! Eliminate them both immediatly!

Objectives: Eliminate the Jovians ELiminate the Acrid

Assumptions

After the raid of the Jovian world Zhiktar, The Acrid colonized the planet Sephroth VII. But, they did not realize that Ruukan inhabited its five moons. The Ruukan are planning an assault, and you must destroy them, then the Acrid.

Objectives: Destroy the Ruukan Assault Force Capture Sephroth VII

The Fist of God

We have discovered the Ruukan Superweapon! We must capture this piece of technology to insure our survival as a race!

Objectives: Obtain the SuperWeapon

The Fall of Torzhakt

We have the weapon, we must destroy Torzhakt at all costs!

Rise of the Shadowlings

The Fall of the Jovians sent a wave of relief throughout the Human Empire. The Acrid and the Humans renegotiated their alliance, and through those discussions, they deemed the Ruukan as their Prime enemy. It was also rumored that the Ruukan planned to recapture their lost technology that was taken from them by the Humans. They amounted a force of a million soldiers. They divided their soldier accordingly, and assaulted both races with immense force. Neither could aid eachother because they were greatly outnumbered. During one of these battles, a small cubical ship entered the fight from hyperspace. It activated its cloaking, and observed from a distance. They watched with surprise and horror. Is this what awaited them in this new galaxy? The ship reentered hyperspace. Upon returning to its homeworld, Nraska, the crew of the ship reported its findings. This inturn was told to the being known solely as, The Lord Of Shadows. He was easily frightened. With one phrase, he amassed his armies. "Gather my Shadowlings, A new era awaits!"

Lasting Hatred

One of the shadowlings many "Warworlds", these planets can travel to other systems. You must eliminate it quickly, to avoid it warning the others. We already have assaulted the world with little success.

Objecives: Eliminate the Shadowlings

Gauntlet

The Shadowlings have invaded the Human sector of the Acrid's Ringworld! They have lacerated the ring and they are colonizing it, you must stop them!

Objectives: Recapture the Ring World

Corruption

The Shadowlings have landed on an old Acrid settlement that's a bit too close to home. Their forces can corrupt the cities, you must eliminate them quickly! The Stasis shield will prevent them from corrupting the world, so that shouldn't be a worry.

Objectives: Eliminate the Shadowling Presence
